This company is fantastic

Honestly , this company is an e.g of how things should be done . I received a bikini, as ordered within 2 days by DHL . The service was fabulous from start to finish . They emailed me a couple of times to ask how I was getting on with it . The quality , design and fabric are outstanding . Ultimately , even though I decided the bikini wasn’t quite for me and returned it - I wouldn’t hesitate buying from this company again. The service is second to none . The delivery and return was seamless and on a no fuss basis . I recently had a bad experience with FARFETCH who are bigger and more well known and their service is shambolic . Still no refund after 4 weeks because fed ex lost the return . Arabella could show them a thing or 2. Really very positive experience with them . Thank you so much for making it all so easy :) It was a pleasure to deal with you .
