Orders are dispatched from our Austrian warehouse in Vienna.
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.
No customs duties, import charges or additional taxes will be payable on delivery.
UNITED STATES
Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse in Pennsylvania and shipped with FedEx.
Place your order before 12pm (EST) Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch.
East Coast orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Delivery to other US destinations is typically within 3–5 business days.
No customs duties, import charges or additional taxes will be payable on delivery.
REST OF WORLD
Orders are dispatched via DHL. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.
Customs duties, taxes and local charges may apply depending on your destination country. All Arabella London pieces are manufactured in Morocco and the country of origin will be stated on the accompanying customs documentation.
Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Should delivery be refused or customs charges remain unpaid, the parcel will be returned to us and all shipping, handling and carrier costs will be non-refundable.
SALE ORDERS
We always endeavour to meet our delivery estimates. However, during peak periods and promotional events, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer than usual. Should your order be affected, we will contact you directly.
