IRELAND/GUERNSEY
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail/DHL (£12) Please allow 3-5 days.
Customs, duties and local taxes are due on all orders to Ireland. These duties are set by your local government, not by Arabella London. Rates vary according to the country, but they are often 1/3rd value of your order. The customer is required to pay these charges on delivery. If you decline the parcel / do not clear these delivery costs, the parcel will be returned to us in the UK and all shipping, handling and DHL costs will be non-refundable.
European orders are dispatched with DHL (£30) please allow 3-5 business days. Customs, duties and local taxes are due on all EU orders. These duties are set by your local government, not by Arabella London. Rates vary according to the country, but they are often 1/3rd value of your order. The customer is required to pay these charges on delivery. If you decline the parcel / do not clear these delivery costs, the parcel will be returned to us in the UK and all shipping, handling and DHL costs will be non-refundable.
UAE orders are sent with DHL (£35) please allow 4-5 days.
All Arabella London pieces are manufactured in Morocco. Moroccan-made goods are exempt from duties under the GAFTA trade agreement. The goods are duty-free, with only 5% VAT, and a standard DHL processing fee.
UAE customs are repeatedly incorrectly declaring the goods as UK origin (where they are dispatched from) rather than of Moroccan origin, as stated on the commercial invoice - leading to duties being incorrectly applied.
What to expect:
- DHL will issue you with an invoice when your parcel arrives.
- This must be paid to receive your parcel.
If duties have been applied, you can either:
- Dispute the charges while the parcel is in customs to have the correct invoice issued.
- Pay the invoice to release the parcel quickly (for example, if you need the items urgently for a holiday or special occasion) and then submit a reclaim retrospectively for any overcharges.
If you decline the parcel / do not clear the delivery costs, the parcel will be returned to us in the UK and all shipping, handling and DHL costs will be non-refundable.

US tariffs will be payable on your order. These will be charged to you directly by the shipper together with processing fees and will be payable prior to delivery. By accepting the discount of 26% valid sitewide and automatically applied at checkout, you have agreed to pay these tariffs and fees. If these are not paid on request, all additional costs of the shipper including handling and return will be payable by you and deducted from any refund due.

We aim to meet our delivery promise, but during peak sales season and the surge in orders, there may be slight delays occasionally (we'll notify you if your order is affected). All discounted items are shipped in non-branded packaging.
