Returns Policy

We hope you love your Arabella London pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Please email customercare@arabellalondon.com to register your return and receive instructions.

• UK ORDERS: Return shipping is free. Once registered, we’ll provide your Royal Mail label.

• EU ORDERS: Returns are at the customer’s cost. Items are returned to our Austrian returns centre.

• US & CANADA ORDERS: Returns are at the customer’s cost. Items are returned to our US returns centre.

• REST OF WORLD ORDERS: Returns are at the customer’s cost. Items are returned to our UK returns centre.

 

EXCHANGES: We’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. For the USA and EU, no duties or taxes apply on the exchange. For Rest of World, we’ll mark it as an exchange, so no further duties or taxes should apply. However, we cannot guarantee this, as it ultimately depends on local customs authorities.

• DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Returns are for store credit only and at the customer’s cost.

• FINAL SALE: No returns or refunds.

Please allow up to 8-10 working days for your return to be processed, and a little longer during busy periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
