We hope that you love your Arabella London swimwear but, if you are unhappy in any way, we shall give you a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Please allow 5 working days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and 8-10 days during busy sales periods.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
Your return must arrive back with us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and unwashed, with all tags and hygienic stickers intact. Items scented with perfume/deodorant or any marks cannot be accepted for return. Returns are your responsibility until they reach us - so please ensure they are packaged securely. We track returns by customers and reserve the right to withdraw the rights to return if excessive returns are requested.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
These items can be returned for a refund or size exchange.
UK ORDERS
Return shipping is free - please email us on
customercare@arabellalondon.com and we will provide you with your complimentary Royal Mail label. If you require an exchange, we recommend placing a new order to avoid any delay. If you aren’t in a hurry, we can ship your exchange out once we have received your return.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, return shipping is at the expense of the customer - please email us on
customercare@arabellalondon.com and we'll assist you with the process.
You can opt for a refund or an exchange once your order arrives back with us. If you would like to exchange - we'll cover the cost of sending the replacement to you and there will be no customs fees due.
RETURN FEES
Returns come with a fee of £2.50 per parcel which is deducted from your refund.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS - SUMMER SALE
We accept returns for store credit only. It is the customers responsibility to bear the cost of the return shipping.
ARCHIVE SALE - FINAL SALE
No returns - these items are non-refundable and are marked as "final sale".
