I wasn’t sure about my cup size so I spoke to customer care who were super helpful - they showed me photos of the style on other women wearing my cup size. I am 48 and a 34DD - they advised me to take the XL (a size larger than my usual cup size) as I preferred a little extra coverage on the cup. It fits perfectly and I will definitely be purchasing more colours :)
